Fascinating loop itinerary in the heart of the Casotto valley that runs along the mountain ridge that widens toward the Roburentello and Corsaglia valleys.
Of particular interest for its history and scenic views is the so-called “Strada dei Cannoni” (Road of the Cannons ), which leads to Cima Robert, where, over the years, several military figures have been installed to commemorate the fierce battles fought there between Napoleon’s army and the Piedmontese army between 1794 and 1795.
