An interesting loop trail that descends from the heart of the valle Mongia to the Ceva valley floor, symbolically connecting three different towers: the tower of Mombasiglio Castle (whose original structure dates back to the year 1000 and today houses the General Bonaparte Museum as well as the headquarters of the GAL Mongioie), the tower at Scagnello (now in ruins and part of an ancient castle dating back to the 13th century), and the so-called Torre del Broglio in Ceva, built in 1331 and sometimes known as the Torre di Porta Tanaro.
