Fast loop route between Piedmont and Liguria along dirt roads and fascinating forest environments.
The trail, in fact, winds its way through the Bagnasco Forest, a Site of Community Importance recognized by the Natura 2000 network due to the historical significance of the beech trees found there, and which is now managed by the Maritime Alps Protected Areas Management Authority.
Finally, among the noteworthy historical features is the Chapel of Saints Quirico and Giulitta, which, according to some scholars, dates back as far as the 9th–10th centuries.
