Apennines
A corner that tastes of Piedmont and Liguria
Discovering a morphologically restless area where forests follow one another seamlessly.

There where the first offshoots of theLigurian Apennines merge with the last alpine ribs, a rural world makes its way where beech, chestnut, hornbeam, maple and birch trees alternate to create a green palette that in autumn is suddenly set ablaze. Here and there, then, the anthropic imprint of the present and the past, with abandoned hamlets and small villages lulled by the sound of nature, from Bagnasco and Nucetto to Perlo, Castelnuovo di Ceva and Priero.
A mountain ridge lateral to the Tanaro valley but no less fascinating. Mule tracks and cart tracks that plunge deep into the heart of the forest, only to temporarily catch their breath and throw themselves downward with breathtaking descents. Routes that can be traveled in almost all seasons, to fully enjoy the characteristic annual charm of the Apennines.
