An easy trail that winds along the foothills and slopes of Bric Mindino, one of Garessio’s most iconic mountains, famous for its summit cross, which stands over twenty-five meters tall.
The route, which alternates between dirt roads and paved roads, winds through enchanting beech and chestnut forests, which are the source of the highly prized Garessina chestnut, recently granted Municipal Designation of Origin status.
Characteristic and perhaps unexpected in size is the church of the Blessed Virgin in the hamlet of Cappello, among the last man-made outposts before the Colla di Casotto, home to the Garessio 2000 ski resort.
