An interesting trail that winds through the green corridor alongside the Valdinferno, with the captivating silhouette of Mount Antoroto rising above it. The mountain itself is home to the Site of Community Importance of the same name, protected by the Natura 2000 network due to its rich floral biodiversity.
The trail passes the hamlet of Valdinferno and moves northwest toward the Casotto valley until it reaches the Savona Refuge, renovated in 2025 thanks to PNRR funds and an excellent base for hikes or traverses to the Monregalese.
Finally, the beech forests crossed both before reaching Valdinferno and before the scenic Pian Bersi are remarkable.
